We all want to help our community in any way we can, but giving large sums of money isn’t always possible. 99Fridays is a whole new way to magnify the collective power of individual charitable giving. This platform shows how the ND family can stand together to make a huge local impact.

99Fridays means giving just $0.99 every Friday for 99 Fridays. That’s less that a cup of coffee a month! Doesn’t sound like much does it? But keep adding it up: when all of Notre Dame comes together for a common good, the results are staggering. If just 10% of the student body donates, that's over $150,000 that can go into building our community.

The best part is that THE DONORS get to decide where their donations go. We don’t just send your money off to the general fund of a national charity; instead, YOU pick a community-based project to fund, and YOU see the impact immediately. You can choose to donate supplies to local schools, buy new shoes for participants of "Girls on the Run", or build the new playground down the street so the neighborhood kids can finally have a safe place to play.

The community need is complex and always changing - 99Fridays helps donors react. Once projects have collected enough money, new projects take their place. Within 2 years, we can cycle through dozens of projects, and we'll see how just a little kindness goes such a long way.
